My deepest condolences to Chris’ family. I am so very sorry for their loss. His children & little Natalie were the center of his world. It is hard to believe he is gone. I met Chris 12 years ago through work. He was my Harcros rep and, eventually, a close friend & mentor. He was such a kind, good & generous man. Like everyone who was lucky enough to know him, my heart is broken. I miss my friend.

My prayers and sympathies to Chris’ family and friends for your loss. Chris will be missed by all who knew him. My late husband (Terry) was always talking about his close knit group of friends. They always kept in touch. I am sure Chris and Terry are talking Huster Football once again. May God give you peace and serenity during this time.

Chris Sweetman was a loving, giving father, grandfather, and friend. He would light up a room when he entered it. Chris was an unselfish giver to anyone who needed assistance. You could count on Chris to help folks in any way he could; any time he could help. This loyalty was contagious. I know I would help Chris any time he asked.
Our friendship spanned 30 years of personal and business, activities. Chris could also bring a smile to anyone’s face. He seemed to understand how to identify with a person’s mood. He would truly turn a phrase better than anyone I have ever met. If Chris wanted help moving furniture, he’d say “This job will be simple with your country strength!”
The quality of his life is a testament to how many lives he has touched. My heart aches with the loss of Chris Sweetman. He will always be there in my memory. My best friend.
